Terms & Conditions | Casino Extra
These terms govern your use of this independent information and marketing portal. By using the site, you agree to follow these conditions, which apply alongside any separate terms you accept when using an external gambling operator. For more about the information published here, visit Casino Extra.
Scope of these terms
These terms apply to the pages on this website and to the information, comparisons and editorial content published across them. They do not replace the rules of the operator whose products are described. If you register, deposit, play sports or withdraw funds through an external platform, the operator's own terms apply to that activity.
The operator described on this site is Samaki Limited, registered under number 15685. Its stated address is in Mutsamudu, Anjouan, and its gaming activity is associated with the Gaming Board of Anjouan under licence ALSI-142406012-FI. This portal is an independent informational resource and is not the operator of the gambling platform.
Your relationship with the operator
You are responsible for deciding whether an operator's services are suitable for you and for complying with that operator's rules. We do not accept deposits, manage accounts, issue bonuses, handle withdrawals or provide account-specific support. Any agreement you make with an operator is between you and that operator.
Information about offers, games, payment methods and limits can change. Always check the current terms on the operator's own platform before committing money or submitting personal information. Our role is to explain the material terms we can verify and point you towards the relevant source.
Your responsibilities
You may use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not copy, republish, scrape or repurpose substantial parts of the content without permission. You also must not interfere with the site's operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use the site to distribute unlawful or harmful material.
You must be 18 or older to access this site and any gambling-related content. The operator's stated minimum age is 18, with 21+ required in Estonia. Keep access to the site secure, use accurate information, and seek help from the relevant support services if gambling begins to cause harm.
Our editorial material
Our articles, tables, headings and explanatory notes are written for general information. We aim to distinguish useful facts from promotional wording, explain what limits mean in practice and point out where a condition may affect a player. We may update, correct or remove material as products and terms change.
Nothing published here is financial, legal or tax advice, and no article should be read as a promise that a particular result will occur. The operator remains responsible for the accuracy and delivery of its own products, payments and promotional terms.
Limits of responsibility
We provide this site with care, but we cannot guarantee that every page will be available at all times or that external links will remain unchanged. We are not liable for losses arising from your reliance on general information, your decision to use an operator, or technical faults affecting an external service beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights that apply under the consumer laws in force when you access the site. Your use of an external gambling service remains at your own risk and should be approached with a budget and sensible limits.
External links and third-party services
Links may lead to independent gambling operators, support organisations or regulatory resources. Once you follow a link, the privacy practices, security and terms of the destination apply. We do not control third-party platforms and cannot recover money sent to an incorrect crypto network address.
Always check the destination domain before sharing personal information. If you receive an unexpected request for account credentials, payment details or identity documents through an unverified channel, stop and contact the relevant organisation directly.
Privacy and data protection
This site handles limited information needed to operate the portal, respond to enquiries and understand aggregate site usage. The privacy notice explains the categories involved, the reasons for processing them and the choices available to you under UK data-protection rules.
Information submitted to an external operator is handled under that operator's privacy policy. Do not send identity documents, card details, bank statements or crypto wallet information to this portal, as we cannot process player-account requests.
Responsible gambling
Gambling should remain entertainment rather than a chore, an income plan or an obligation. If betting stops feeling like a choice, use practical controls and speak to someone you trust. Support is available from GamCare, while the National Gambling Helpline is available on 0808 8020 133, free and 24/7.
For self-exclusion across UK-licensed gambling sites, visit GamStop. Further confidential information is available through BeGambleAware. Device-sharing households should also consider parental-control software such as Net Nanny or Qustodio.
Changes and governing law
We may revise these terms to reflect editorial, technical or legal changes. The updated version takes effect when published on this site. Continuing to use the portal after a change means that you accept the revised terms.
These portal terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over disputes relating to this website. Questions about the site can be sent to [email protected].
This page is provided for information and marketing purposes only. We are not a casino operator, bookmaker or organiser of gambling. Access to this content is restricted to persons aged 18 and over (18+). For free, confidential support with gambling, visit BeGambleAware.org.
